At Glow Essentials Beauty Co, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our beauty and personal care items are sourced and shipped directly from our specialist fulfillment partners to offer you the best value, our Refunds & Return Policy is designed to be clear and fair.

1. Delivery Issues (Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable resolution. Under consumer protection laws in Australia (ACL), the UK, USA, and Canada, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty or incorrect goods.

To ensure a fast resolution, delivery-related issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

2. 30 Day Quality Guarantee (Product Performance Support)

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Quality Guarantee from the date of delivery, covering product performance during use.

 

If you experience any product defect or functional issue during use within 30 days of delivery, please contact us via email support@glowessentialsbeauty.co or contact us page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos if needed.

 

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method at no extra cost.

3. Returns & Change of Mind

To maintain hygiene standards and keep our prices low, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind once an order has been processed or delivered. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Orders in Transit

Because we work with fulfillment partners to bring you the latest beauty innovations, shipping times may vary.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, provide a reshipment or refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law

6. Return Shipping

​As all of our products are cosmetic and personal care devices, they are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. In the event of a fault or error on our part, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, where permitted by law

7. Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:

  • Applicable U.S. consumer protection laws for U.S. customers
