Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Change of Mind

Orders are processed automatically shortly after purchase through our fulfillment partners.

For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.

Please ensure all details — including your shipping address, contact information, and selected items are correct at checkout.

Change-of-mind returns or cancellations are not accepted.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer laws.

 

Please contact us at support@glowessentialsbeauty.co as soon as possible within 5 days of delivery if you believe there is an error with your order, including:

• Your order number  

• A clear description of the issue  

• Photos or video evidence showing the problem  

 

Once assessed, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

For major faults, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, where permitted by law.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic and skincare devices, we are unable to accept returns or process return shipments on any orders.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Return Shipping

​As all of our products are cosmetic and personal care devices, they are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. In the event of a fault or error on our part, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, where permitted by law

6. Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for Australian customers

  • Applicable U.S. consumer protection laws for U.S. customers

  • United Kingdom consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Applicable Canadian consumer protection laws and provincial consumer rights legislation

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.​
