Delivery times vary by location and typically take 6–17 business days, which includes our 3–5 day order processing period. Every order includes comprehensive tracking from our global hubs directly to your doorstep. Real-time delivery dates are available on every product page; simply change the country or location to refresh the estimate for your specific destination.

We offer free shipping on all orders! Items are shipped from our international fulfilment centre to Australia, The US, UK and Canada

Your experience is our priority. Once your orders have been carefully inspected, tested, and hand-packed by our quality control team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

Note on Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to complete our final quality assurance checks before your order is dispatched. Once it leaves our hub, your tracking link will sync with the carrier system and begin showing live updates.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are included in the final price of your order.

We cover all shipping and importation costs to ensure a seamless delivery experience. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Our team will investigate the issue immediately and work with our global sourcing partners and couriers to resolve it for you promptly—whether that means a fresh replacement or a full refund. 

Please note: To ensure your glow-mail reaches you safely, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Glow Essentials Beauty Co is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

10. Multiple Shipment

All orders are processed, inspected for quality, and securely packaged at our dedicated fulfillment center. If your order contains more than one item, it may be dispatched in multiple packages to ensure faster processing and delivery. Each package will have its own tracking information for easy monitoring.​
